The drive thru staff is a bunch of very rude people—every day, every time! They could use a retraining on customer service. I go there mostly at night. I preorder using the mobile app. When you tell them at the window, they automatically assume you’re picking up for Uber or DoorDash, then yell at you to come inside. When you finally convince them that it’s a personal order, you meet them at the pickup window acting like they want to just shove the food in your face. Zero courtesy!Would be nice if they are less rude!!!

Drove thru the drive thru on March 11 at 12 55 am to buy food since i.was hungry but to my surprise who ever was dispatching on the drive thru lacks of customer service skills and was rude. Need to do better while hiring.

This restaurant knew they didn't have cookies ? and instead of simply canceling my UberEats order they sent me Chicken nuggets and fries... I walked to the restaurant to show them their mistake and that's when they admittedly knowingly told me they didn't have cookies and how many order of fries did I want... like what!? I had a sweet tooth not a "French fry craving" I never got my money back nor did they make it right... I literally live down the street from them... THIS AINT OVER!!!

30 min together my Biggie bag. No ice for soda. Soda was warn. Sandwich and fried nuggets all luke warn. Tables needed cleaning. Soda. Must have been dropped. Floor was Stuckey. 7 pm on a Wednesday.
Had my order stolen by an Uber driver and when I finally got it the toothless crackhead security guard had the nerve to check MY bag. Terrible service, man needs to be fired.man missed every single thief they had an caught a paying customer.

Daytime its great good food great service Nighy time I would recommend the service is bad wait for your order always 10 -20 min wait and and kitchen is like a night club loud music staff dancing in front of u while u wait for your order food is either old or wrong and when u try to let them know they make a big issues not real nice and while your waiting they privately have stuff to say about customer waiting for food my recommendations is if your hungry at night don't go to wendys u will regret in the morning

Had to ring order in on kiosk (with a barely functional touchscreen) but could not pay at the kiosk had to have an employee do that at the cash register. My nuggets were cold and despite honey mustard dipping sauce being an option I was told this location is no longer stocking it. The store was dirty and the bathroom was DISGUSTING!
