I really like this Wendy's. It's right off the blue line. I went in last night to a sign on the door to place your order on the kiosk. I wanted to pay with my phone, and the kiosk doesn't accept that form of payment. So you have to place your order and hit pay with cash then a staff member will come up and take my payment. As I was standing there no more than 3 min. 2 people came to the counter and asked for help or asked to order with the staff . The staff is friendly and quick....read full review
Lackluster experience. I didn’t go in with much expectations of course but was let down anyway. For one, their soda machines were not working at all. All the soda was watered down, there was no ice, and there was a lack of flavors. The restaurant in itself isn’t too great either: tables are dirty and the entrance had an unappealing smell. Had to ring order in on kiosk (with a barely functional touchscreen) but could not pay at the kiosk had to have an employee do that at the cash register. My nuggets were cold and despite honey mustard dipping sauce being an option I was told this location is no longer stocking it. The store was dirty and the bathroom was DISGUSTING!
