Y’all mfs lying the nachos are not good at all honestly I don’t know if it was the toppings or the meat and chips itself but something tasted like chemicals, or as if it was stuck in a freezer For a long time and only taking out for this order Terrible.

3/18/24 0345am I pull up to the window to order six tacos everything on it two with no cheese. I told him that It was a paper on the sign that tell us exactly what everything is can he repeat it. He said no read the menu! Me: it’s not on the menu. Him: okay we about to close what you want? Me: I just told you. Him: I don’t know. Me: I tell him again now he can’t hear me. Me: are you having a bad day? Him: no you problem we about to close! Me: so why not just cut the sign off. Him: we close at 4 Me: so why you being rude to me? I have time. But we cleaned up already. He decided to take my order after another car came behind me & I didn’t take the food bc he was yelling at me playing like he didn’t hear me nor get my order right for 15mins then basically took my order with ease. I told him I was coming to talk to the manager what time the store open he don’t know anything is what he said. It’s a taco place that just opened across the street. They may not have late night hours but if their customer service is better they already won the market. You can lose up to 70% of your customers based on customer service don’t nobody want to give their money & be treated badly & the food isn’t consistently good. Completely not worth the hit or miss!At 1030 Today I called to talk to a manager and the guy that answered the phone said oh well we was about to closed so I asked him was it okay that I was treated this way. He told me he would tell the boss if he can (what does that mean) I asked what time should I call back. He lied and said he knows this number I’ll NEVER called this place before today NEVER!. & said that I’m trying to make matters worse HOW! PS. I’m getting they don’t care about customer service and this is normal.

I do not eat tacos from everywhere! I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to tacos. I have ONE or TWO taco spots that I usually go to. I stopped and got tacos here today on a whim out of hunger and was not expecting anything good to come of it since it isn’t one of my usual spots. I was wrong!!!! Tacos on POINT!! So are the shakes !! Especially the strawberry !!

Season Reason
Sometimes the food is okay, and sometimes it's not. I use to order beef tacos but I got stomach aches everytime I would buy it so I stopped coming here for about two years. I started back coming here and switched over to steak tacos. There seems to be too much fat on the meat and today it was very greasy and not hot. The Horchata wasn't as good as it was the other day, seemed a bit watered down. I tried to give this place another chance, but I doubt I will be back.
