So I went in to order breakfast and got ignored. 3 employees even had time to carry on a conversation near the drive thru. If I saw all three of them they should have been aware of me.
I left and decided to call the store to let them know. No answer. Well to their credit if they are in the habit of ignoring customers, it's in their best interest not to answer their phone either. Been to plenty of McDonald's and this by far is the lower if not the lowest end one.
I pulled out my quarter pounder and the ketchup was on top of the burger. The cheese burgers had nothing but meat and cheese..
Uh yes! I ordered online last weekend. When I went to pick up my order, they couldn't find it although I showed them the app where it showed my order. The manager insisted they did not have an order for me. After I received an email that thanked me for my order and showed that my debit card had been charged, I went inside to show the Manager the email. Then she, along with the Assistant Manager, told me they had no order for me and they WERE NOT going to give me free food....read full review
