I was absolutely stuffed with the food we ordered and everything was so delicious, I wanted to come back for lunch after we had just finished breakfast. I want to try everything on the menu it was so good. We parked on the street but I didn't realize there's a parking lot right there. I didn't ask what type of coffee it was I just ordered coffee and it was smooth and flavorful and didn't taste too strong. Also ordered a dessert to go but I didn't get to try that. I guess this is going to be a regular place for me from now on. Absolutely loved it.”

“Where do I even start... The establishment is unlike anything I've experienced so far, the place feels magical for both kids and grown-ups alike. When you step in for the first time, it feels akin to a fun, fantastical experience coming to life. This place is a great experience alone, but trust me, it's best when visiting with some company; you could even bring your sister to this location. As for the staff, they know what they do and take their job seriously: they don't treat their job as some sort of pizzeria simulator. The pizza they serve is catered to your specifications, allowing you to have the ultimate custom experience any night. Don't get me wrong, this place is still prone to human error, but the staff is capable of providing help when wanted. Aside from the inevitable human error (and unsubstantiated rumors involving disappearances) the only downside is the lack of a warning when accessing the free wifi, if you do want to use the free wifi, just remember to use a VPN to prevent a security breach on your device. Personally, I reccomend it over any of the other copycat locations; I don't know the secret of the success of mimic locations, but having already patronized here for 5 nights, I know that I will always come back.”

“Amazing Mexican food! Indio is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever had in Chicago! I got the carne asada Gordita, Al Pastor burrito, and medium Horchata. Everything was delicious and filling. I will definitely be back again in the near future!”

“The place was nice and clean. I was greeted immediately. The young lady was knowledgeable about the menu and polite. She informed me and asked me if I would like certain things on my funnel cake before putting anything else outside what it's served with. The Funnel Cake was fresh along with the fruit. “I go to this location quiet often, but I was extremely disappointed as well as angry with what I saw today at this location. (3/9/25 at 5:35pm) The 3 customers that were ahead of me placed their orders were first timers I found out. The young lady that was fixing their smoothies dropped a cup on the floor, picked the cup up from the floor then sat the cup to the side. As she finished one smoothie she pulled a fresh cup, then the 2nd smoothie she proceeded to pour it in the cup that she picked up off the floor. I told the young lady that took my order, so she then pulled the young to the side to tell her that I saw what she did then she looks at me and says "I'm Sorry" (I said to her): What do mean you are sorry, why would you do that, and why are you giving that to her, you need to remake that smoothie ...and guess what she did not. I'm just want to make people aware: Watch the people that prepare your sandwiches/smoothies or anything of that sort. It's not their stuff, they're not paying for it so they don't care. That was just the epitome of nasty and extremely unsanitary. She didn't have on a Tropical Cafe shirt, she had on a gray shirt, she may have been new, I'm not sure but we need to learn to do better when working with the public. Don't do things to people that you don't want done to you!!!!! FYI...the name on the ticket was: Shelia G”

All the pan dulce I got was delicious, but the conchas were my favorite. They were super soft, and the topping was not overly sweet. They have great prices compared to other places.$CASH ONLY$Yesterday morning was the first time I visited and tried this bakery. “This place is absolutely AMAZING.

First off, the service alone deserves 5 stars. I came in with my daughter who is a VERY picky eater, and they went above and beyond to make sure she had something she actually enjoyed. That level of care and accommodation is rare, and it meant a lot.

Also — I have to say — this place was SO clean you could literally eat off the floors. Everything was spotless, which made the whole experience even better.

Now let’s talk about the food…

I had the Big Back Burger — and I’m telling you right now, just order it. Don’t overthink it. It was THAT good.

The Philly cheesesteak… OMG. Seriously one of the best I’ve had. It was juicy and seasoned perfectly!

The jerk chicken egg rolls? LISTEN… SO. GOOD. I’m still thinking about them.

Loaded fries were perfectly crispy (not soggy at all 👏, and the shrimp and grits… IFKYK.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell this place takes pride in both their food and their customer experience.

“To be fair, it was about an hour before closing time. However, the older lady was very sweet and made our food very well and it was delicious. Her coworker on the other hand didn't seem to friendly. We wanted to add to our order and she couldn't even be bothered to stop sweeping to come and complete the transaction until the older lady had already finished making the 1st part of the order. I have worked in hospitality all my life. I know how she felt but if she want customers to return and ensure job security for her, she should be a little more friendly and willing to assist.”

My wife got a chocolate cupcake because it was our anniversary and she loved it! Our baby Benny got a m&m cookie and ate every last crumb. We also had shares donut and it was beyond fresh. The cake was moist and very delicious and hopefully they keep baking their cakes the same way because it was very good.”
