“Small tasting room attached to a winery. The staff were great and wanted to make sure we had all the information about their wines. Small boutique with wine related signs, shirts, coasters, glasses. When we went there was live music and lots of energy for the solar eclipse. Wines we had were delicious and everyone found something to like. Limited menu available (sandwiches, pasta salad) to go along with the wine tasting.“

“Owl Creek vineyard is a must stop. Did I enjoy every single wine? Maybe. Maybe not. Was the service fine? Yes. It's a comfortable space with live music. We weren't there when the music was but there was a list on the wall which listed who will be performing and when. Outside on the patio was some vintage wine making supplies, some pieces I even recognized. Selections of wine and ciders are available and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. A selection of t-shirts was hidden to the right side of the bar. This vineyard is set up to stay for awhile and make yourself comfortable type of space. There is a cat roaming around who seemed to take a liking to me. I would come back, more likely when there was live music.“

“My grandfather helped build blue sky back when it was made. He is an amazing builder and grandfather! I come her rarely, since I’ve moved away from the area but I love it! Lots of great memories.“

“Stopped by this winery later on a Saturday. They had a line for tastings and flights so we got in line and patiently waited. When we got to the front of the line, we were told they weren't doing flights or tastings. They really should have a sign somewhere that states that so we could go to the purchases line instead. The staff did let us sample 2 so we could decide what we wanted. They also have a lovely seating area outside where we got to enjoy some live music.“

“There are many excellent wines and wineries along the Shawnee Wine Trail. Hickory Ridge in Pomona is a favorite! We bought a mixed case of wines because it was too hard to choose just one! Thank-you to the owner who guided us through the tastings of their varietal selections.“
