“We recently moved to Ste. Genevieve from St. Louis, and this is our favorite local winery. We celebrated Easter here today, and decided it was the beginning of a new family tradition! Everything was outstanding. The brunch and BBQ Bloody Marys were superb. It's offthe beaten path, but very much worth the drive. Cheers!“

“This hotel is off the I55 10-15 miles. Well woth the detour for this clean, quiet well maintained pet friendly hotel.Rooms: Clean spacious rooms.Safety: The town is safe and quiet at nite.Walkability: Lots of safe quiet space to walk your pets; late nite the town is quiet.Food & drinks: Hotel is close to fast food and has a great breakfast.“

“" off the beaten path" is not a lie here. 26 minutes from the highway and I've done the route more than once. You might be asked if you have a reservation...even if you are LITERALLY the only people standing around in the place. And the staff might act like they are SWAMPED for lunch reservations but they will accommodate you ANYWAY. The porch view is great. The food is really good! And food at a winery is usually second string. There's also pricy loging on site, a chapel and hiking.“

“Everything is good and the quality consistent. The staff friendly. We live have a lake cabin about 25 miles away and make it here about once a month. The location is somewhat isolated, but very pleasant. I recommend reservations if planning to visit on a weekend or holiday.“
