We decided to stay the night at a hotel near by and chose this restaurant for an early dinner or Extremely late breakfast and lunch at 1600.We chalked the steak up to Texas Roadhouse and LongHorn Steak House flavor/cook. Colton's launched five new alcoholic beverages Today 4/17/24 & Yummmmm! They did not disappoint.Very Tasty!!! Y'all give it a chance rather other Steak houses around here.

First and Last time eating at Colton's. Operated by kids, it shouldn't take two hours to wait and eat. Service, wasn't good because the kids were standing around in the front and talking. The waitress would disappear for 15 minutes at a time. The food was decent.

Really wanted to try this place. My family walked in the hosts, looked at us, and continued a conversation between themselves and played on their phones. We had to engage in conversation in order to get sat. Note that most of the restaurant was empty. We got sat and waited another 10 minutes to see the waitress come out and not know she had tables. Other people were being sat, and she went to them first. We got up and left and went to another restaurant in the area. I was disappointed in this poor experience

We recently stopped while traveling home to St Louis area. Great experience overall!! PLEASE, bring a Coltons to Wentzville, MO. There's only 2 choices of Steak houses in the area. WENTZVILLE would benefit from Coltons in the city!!!Waiting patiently.Vegetarian options: Again, plenty of optionsDietary restrictions: Enough to choose from. They are more than happy to make to order.Parking: Safe, secure and closeKid-friendliness: My Grand kids love it!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space

My family and I ordered a half order of ribs, the rib/catfish combo, and the filet mignon. Food was bland. Steak was burned though ordered medium well. Ribs were chewy and tough. Baked sweet potatoes were clearly boiled and mushy. Nothing was flavorful. Service was terrible; we had to go to the bar to pay since our server was nowhere to be found. And the finale - two out of three of us awoke in the middle of the night with symptoms of digestive upset.

The only complaint I have was the 45 minute wait. But, honestly it was well worth it. We had a party of four and there were no complaints about the food. The atmosphere was family friendly, our waitress was the sweetest and they are one of few places that still sing Happy Birthday. The cheesecake was a nice surprise after the embarrassment of everyone singing Happy Birthday to me. ? I would highly recommend Colton's, it truly is a bang for your buck and you will not be disappointed. ♥️

Well. The old barn look is the atmosphere. The food was good. The staff was pleasant.The orders were mixed up. We had to switch food out amongst our plates to make it right.The table was never bused. Lots of dishes. Sorry but a little cleaner would have been appreciated.I would go again. Maybe a fluke .

It's always nice to eat here. Waitresses are nice and efficient. They have this pork streak special on Mondays...so good..see how thick that is? Of course I had leftovers. And of course they were eaten the following day.. they have become a favorite of mine and I eat there every month. ?

1st impressions are everything, we went twice in one day, lunch with my Mother, then dinner with my husband, yes the food was that good...Our tables had a variety of everything, the staff was great, the cooks really showed out.

My wife's steak, ordered medium rare, arrived purple and cold in the center. She sent it back with a manager for a re-fire who brought it back the second time still purple in the center. The manager argued that the steak was a perfect medium rare because her son cooked it. The steak was sent back a third time and it arrived in pieces with some of them well done and one piece was barely medium rare and I knew we had pissed off Mama bear. The whole situation was uncomfortable and made our time there stressful. Our server, Morgan, was top notch. She didn't skip a beat and did all in her power to make the situation right. She was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. My wife said her parents should be proud to have raised a daughter to have such grace and dignity under pressure.
