Our group of 4 enjoyed a delightful birthday dinner at Porter's this evening. A tantalizing aroma greeted us upon entering the classically decorated dining room. Our server, Ms. Kilie, warmly welcomed us and gave us her knowledgeable insights regarding the menu and specialties of the evening. She graciously conveyed my medically necessary dietary restrictions to the chef and took the extra step of offering some off-menu options. Steak was amazing, twice baked potato was dry. Bread was on the sweet side, but three different butters were great. Shrimp and scallops pasta was good, the seafood was cooked well, but the pasta was very large.
