Flavor of the day today was Mint Cookie.They didn't tell me apparently I was supposed to bring my own cookies ? Because there was barely any trace of Cookie in my cone. Stopped visiting the OFallon IL location awhile back because I was repeatedly shorted on ingredients, so I tried the Collinsville location instead. Same result. So it appears it's not a location issue, perhaps it is company wide. Are employees disciplined or docked if they put more than a few cookie crumbs or use one actual entire raspberry in a cone or concrete ?I would upload a picture if I could but no matter. We all know what custard with no discernible toppings looks like.Culver's I shall darken thy doors no more. Thou art dead to me.

I would like to say that I went into the Culver's in Collinsville yesterday. I placed a large order and realized that I did not have enough money. Their answer was you don't have to take anything off. We'll discount it so that you can afford it! That doesn't happen... I have never gone into a restaurant, placed an order and had them discounted so that it could be affordable! Thank you! Sincerely blew my mind! Just add food was great!
Good service. The iced tea has a strong tap water taste lately, though.

I usually don’t complain about places. Last night I had a terrible experience the drive thru line was extremely backed up, so I went in to get it to go. No one would take my order they all looked at me and walked by. Finally the lady behind me said something and someone came over. The gal who came over was not happy. The food wasn’t very good either. I ended up getting food poisoning I took a few bites and felt sick as well as my family who I brought the food back to they took a couple bites and didn’t feel good either.

The Burgers and Chicken tenders were okay. The milkshake was the best out of everything we ordered. Service was a little slow.

Good value. Best fast food burger I've had probably. Only cheese curds I know of. The staff is professional and friendly here.
The restaurant was clean. Food arrived quickly and is always tasty. Remember to get a dessert! You can't go wrong with their custard. The cashiers were friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Great experience; will be back!

Grabbed food for a family of 6. I knew we were out of ketchup at home so I asked to make sure we had some with the order. Girl told us she put in extra. Awesome right?? Get home and there’s none….. zip….. nada……. Thanks girl. I hate the service industry these days. Pay more fore less Gotta love it!!

Great fast casual dining. Had the pot roast beef sandwich and it was delish! Chili fries and fried cheese were also good and the milk shakes were spot on. Food coma ensued.
