Everything's good except f they take way too long for what they're doing.. it doesn't seem like anyone has a sense of urgency at all even when it's busy.. I was the manager of two different restaurants so I can see the problems so this isn't just my opinion just so everyone knows I only speak on what I

One of the better locations in the area that just updated their exterior branding from St. Louis Bread Co. Has a nice interior with plenty of seating and clean areas. Staff are nice and helpful.

Don’t spend $10 on a half salad that’s the size of your hand with an apple. This is getting crazy. Wanna be high end restaurants like these over charging for what? A quarter of a 1.50 bag of mixed salad, a pinch of nuts and one apple? Save your money. This is a greedy company that doesn’t appreciate hard working Americans.

I don’t want to hurt this employee’s job or feelings. However, this feedback needs to be given to help her. I’m guessing by this description you will know who I’m talking about. Last night on 1/23, there was a female employee who seemed to not have a good social awareness and was giving an off-putting energy by staring at my boyfriend and I constantly. She was staring especially at my boyfriend (I know how this sounds but I’m not exaggerating) and the entire time we were at the restaurant sitting down to eat, and was almost on top of us listening to us talk. At the end of the night at the one time we went to refill our drinks she came over to the drink area and just stood there watching us without looking away. I guess the weird part was the uninterrupted staring without saying a word or smiling when we sat down and when we were standing up, and her constantly walking past us and returning a few times and just being right there next to us. Her energy seemed like she was wound tight which made it feel uncomfortable & maybe even borderline creeped us out. The rest of the staff were very friendly and nice. I hope this feedback can help her to maybe improve at customer service and with social awareness with customers and I don’t wish her ill but I did find her behavior worrisome and hope she is okay.

Very expensive for what you get and the service is a joke. Its not really fair to judge the place entirely because there are one or two employees that care enough to try while the rest are...you get it.
Soda machine out of several choices, employees on the line cussing, customers having to ask for toilet paper and the key to the toilet paper dispenser to replace the toilet paper themselves. Ordered soup and didnt have a soup spoon, which is normally no big deal, but when I went up to ask was ignored and then when she did ask she started joking around with a co-worker. After a few minutes asked what I needed again. Had to repeat soup spoon twice before another employee gave me a spoon. The tables were dirty & trash on the floor. ? I have always had good service and experience here so I am not sure what was happening today because they were not terribly busy.

Place was out of bagels at 8:45am. I asked the cashier if they were gonna make anymore he told me that was it for today. Like are you serious!! Very disappointing so I asked the manager why were they out of bagels so early in the day her response was they had a lot of catering orders for today. So basically if I don’t place a big order I’m not able to get a bagel after 8am. Worst Panera in the metro east area!!! This is horrible. Instead of the managers standing in the back having a conversation they could be making more bagels.

As a frequent patron of Panera Bread in all my years I have never came to a location and they were completely sold out of all soups (except squash and noodles). As well as the drive thru was closed. I arrived at the location at 7:50. Location closes at 9pm. I was sick and very disappointed.

Terrible service and terrible food. I keep giving Panera "one more chance" because it used to be so good. Employees don't care, ring up the wrong things and then the salad had 2 tiny pieces of chicken, no bacon and wilted lettuce...so bad that I had to throw some pieces out.
Great atmosphere and staff.
