Ordered gluten free crust and they just changed it to a regular and didn't say anything till I went back in. Employee said hadn't had it in a few years. At least they didn't try to keep the upcharge.

Pizza is alright. Still think dominos is better. They do have Cinnabon dessert which is delicious. Honey hot wings are just alright.

Order a large pizza, full pepperoni, half add onion and green bell pepper. Got in squares. Simple order.But it wasn't cut in squares, which isn't the end of the world just annoying that they can follow simple directions or too lazy to read. But then the toppings I paid for, were only on about a third of the pizza. Just terrible experience overall. Won't be back cause this isn't the first time with this location or franchise. They just have low expectations despite raising prices over the years. Only pizza place that charges you for Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Yet they can't make your food right hardly ever.

For one, it took an hour to get my pizza. The guy that delivered it was cool, but his car didn’t have a pizza hut logo on his vehicle so I didn’t know it was him at first. The pizza I got wasn’t even hot. It was a little past lukewarm and it tasted very mid. After 1 slice, I couldn’t finish the rest.

Staying in a nearby hotel when I ordered food online. Ready in 15 min and pickup window was convenient. They gave us xtra plates as well. Food was hot & delicious! We are big Pizza Hut lovers and eat almost once a week to minimum.

I absolutely had the worst experience. I called my order in and was told 15-20 minutes. I went to pick up my order around 20 minutes after I called. Once i pulled to the window I was told a different price that was $8 more than what I was told over the phone. She stated that they were out of the breadsticks so I couldn’t get the special. I asked to swap to cheese sticks and she said no they were out of all breadsticks and almost all pizzas. I never received a phone call or anything. I told her that I could go somewhere else and eat cheaper than $34 for two medium pizzas and she said looks like you need to do that. I asked her why nobody called me to discuss the changed on my order and she said she didn’t know. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We are from out of town and it’s disappointing going somewhere and being treated the way I was treated. The lady at the window was not nice at all.
