The service is beyond horrible . It's like the staff are trained to be rude , slothfully slow, and 100% disinterested . Prepare for your experience to become even worse if/when they get your order wrong . Why are all Popeye's around here like this ? I would go there more often if I felt valued as a customer .

this place is a absolute joke walked in with money ready to buy chicken and said we will not be dropping chicken at this time it's 8:09pm and they close 10:00pm what a joke and the lady who I talked to was crazy rude would rather go spend 20 bucks extra somewhere else. these people need to be fired.

Waited 35 minutes in drive thru. Then my food was cold and did not get the dipping sauce I requested.

They really need to train their staff on customer service. If you don’t like your job QUIT!!! Food is hit or miss if they actually have some chicken ready smh GET IT TOGETHER OR GET A NEW STAFF!!

I’ve had minute issues in the past with this location but i tried to be understanding until tonight . I placed an order at 9:30 pm and the app took my money and told me they close at 10 . I arrived at 9:40 pm. All the drive thru lights were off and all the chicken was put away . To make things worse there was an associate sitting in the lobby on his phone. Now i have to wait to get my money back . Will not be returning . I’ll make the extra drive to Alton instead .

My beat friend and girlfriend went to the Collinsville Popeyes yesterday. I didn’t get the name of the amazing woman that helped us, but she was out of this world! We felt welcomed, we felt important, and service was prompt and courteous. I would drive out of my way just to go back there. Highly recommended if you’re craving some good food and great environment and you’re in a rush.

This place is fairly new and the only other time I visited was during the ordinal launch of the chicken sandwich - they were sold out. So today, I went through the drive through to see if they had them available - they did. The one thing I want to say about this unit, is that the window server was extremely pleasant and helpful. Told me that if I ordered my sandwiches and sides as a meal, it would actually be cheaper. Thanks! When I got to the window, she was very cheerful and the food came out quickly. When she saw my dog (hard to miss- he had his head hanging out the back window) she acknowledged him and asked if she could give him a chicken strip. Of course! About the food - not bad but nothing to "wow" me. Surprisingly, everything seemed to lack seasoning and even basic salt - the filet and the red beans and rice. I thought Louisiana cooks liked to heavily spice things? Maybe I visited on the "bland" day... Bottom line: Great service, mediocre food. Chick-fil-A is in no danger of losing chicken sandwich business here!

The food is cooked just right and hot when you get it. All sides are also, fresh as well as the chicken and biscuits.

Spicy Chicken was cooked perfectly. Mashed Potatoes and Cajun Fries were delicious. Friendly customer service. Long line but worth the wait.
