Rude girl taking orders and money in the drive thru!! Order incorrect and also had an attitude, slinging my food in the garbage and waking away with an attitude when I asked for my order to me corrected. No greetings whole time , just rude behavior!! She came outside with .y food upside down with the new order. Just trifling!!!

Will never go to to the Collinsville, Illinois location again. Just went through the drive thru, the girl asked “how can I help you”? My husband says “we just need one second to look at the menu and thank you”. A few seconds later I go to ask a question about something in the menu and the girl cuts me off and says “no mam have a nice night”. I respond with “I’m sorry”, because I thought she didn’t hear me. I go to repeat myself and she interrupts me again and says “have a nice night”. I’m super confused at this point and I go to ask her if something’s wrong, being interrupted for the third time she says,”what did he say”? I said he said,”we need just a minute to look at the menu and thank you” and she’s says “I said have a nice night”. Refused to serve us. Then stared at us smiling with another worker as we’re leaving. Could not for the life of me tell you why. I guess she didn’t like my husband being polite. Very rude worker and would not recommend that restaurant.

Popeyes used to have one of the best chicken sandwich around. I remember when the line was a mile long. Well no more, the size has shrunk and the chicken taste like rubber. Seriously, I could not eat it. So disappointing. I guess Chick Fila A will be getting our business from now on. Too bad, you guys are just minutes from my house.

Was ignored in drive through for way too long and paid 16 dollars for 7 wings hasazardly thrown together with 2 side's of what's supposed to be mac n cheese but looks like melted plastic. Incredibly shameful experience especially considering we were the only car in drive through and only 1 car in the parking lot. Horrible experience and management should be embarrassed but are obviously too inept to even manage that.
If I could give them no stars, I would! I work up the street from them. Every time I go and order spicy they give me mild! Literally every time. It's so bad that when I order, I have to ask them, please don not give me mild chicken. I absolutely love Popeyes, so I continued going, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, and every time I get disappointed. Yesterday 4/4/24 was my breaking point. I went and ordered 1 red beans and rice. I'm thinking, okay, I'm not ordering chicken so this has to go right. Guess what? it didn't!! I pull over to eat my red beans and rice, and it's 95% rice and 5% beans! I debated turning around and going back, but honestly, I don't think it would've helped. I'm done!! I would not recommend this specific location to ANYONE!!!

Every time i go here the workers are extremely rude. You say thank you and you’re ignored and the window gets shut on you. Completely negative. The only thing worth getting are the sandwiches… makes it worth putting up with rude people who hate their life.
