Maybe it's just me. Let me know. So I want to go to the bar to look at the game and get a drink at this restaurant. There is no one at the bar, all seats at the bar are available. There are people waiting for tables but no one is waiting to go to the bar. So I go to the receptionist and say one for the bar. She takes my name but doesn't seat me. I look at her in bewilderment, she says you still have to wait your turn!! Again there is no one at the bar and the people waiting are waiting for tables. So I wait 30 minutes to be seated the bar where I'm the only person at the bar!!! Am I unreasonable for thinking there was no reason for me to wait 30 minutes to be seated at an empty bar?

We originally went to the steakhouse across the street. We were ignored and came here instead. We were so glad we did!!The service was fantastic fast, and the waiters knew their stuff. The food was absolutely delicious highly highly recommended to eat here if you are in the area! My husband and I got the rigatoni for 2. There was some to bring home and we totally ate that the next day
We had Ravanelli's cater a retirement party.[ I can only speak of the catering and not of dining at the restaurant]The menu included "famous" mixed chicken, Italian beef in aujus, glazed carrots, cavitation Alfredo, mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, and bread. Dessert not included. The cost was $20 a person & they required atleast 50 people. My opinion is that the cost was a bit high for the quality of the meal, I'm not saying it was bad, just average. We ran out of bread and cutlery, but there was plenty of food.After making sure they knew the time & date they were still late( not because to the delivery person but because had written the wrong time). Now the question is "would I have them cater again?" Probably not due to the cost, and the meal was average.If I would ever be in the area I might dine at the restaurant.

Not very impressive my food was cold and not very tasteful I had the salmon my potato was so cold that my butter didn't even melt on it. The salmon was tasteless if it wasn't for the sauce which was actually good it would have had no flavor. But the service there was excellent that was the only thing positive I can say about revanelli's now. I've been to the Ravanelli's before it closed in Granite City many a times. And the service and food was always excellent I don't know what the difference is here but it sucked!
Went to Ravanelli's with 16 friends Wednesday evening. We had a great time. Great food, awesome waitress. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Went out of their way to make our visit perfect. Will definitely go back!!!
Ordered ahead for a pickup hours in advance. It was supposed to be ready at 5 pm. We waited in line for 40 minutes. At the window they said they were waiting on one item to be done and asked us to pull forward. They could have said it would have been 40 minutes and we would have just left. Instead they took our payment and made us wait 40 minutes without even offering money back or anything other than a half hearted apology.

I went in for lunch with my daughters. We were sitting and the waitress came over and asked what we wanted to drink. She left the table and brought the drinks back and never returned to take our order while waiting on every table there except for ours..1 star to rate?
The food was really good. And the dessert was great ?? The ravioli is a must have. Make sure you get a reservation.
