Very quick service. Multiple smoothies made within a couple of minutes. Staff was helpful in making recommendations. Area is very busy but location is easy to get in and out of. SK has a good selection of options. I prefer the gladiator or the hulk, but they have lighter fruity options too. They're about $6-8 each.

Ordered on the app. I clicked the granite city location. Well when I went to check out and right after hitting submit I noticed that it switched it to the Collinsville location at some point... Called them immediately and they told me that there is nothing they can do? Sooo I guess I'm just out of the money. Thanks...

I thought smoothie king was supposed to be a decent establishment? However it seems that I was wrong. It seems to me that they aren't being led very well by their manager. When I came in to get my weekly smoothie I was greeted by a very harsh and rude young woman named Amber who absolutely reeked of marijuana. She was being very disrespectful and was so high that she didn't even know how to work the computer system. She not only had a bad attitude AND was under the influence but also messed up my smoothie completely. This is outrageous. I cannot believe that Smoothie King would allow someone like that to be in management!

I didn't catch her name but the young lady working tonight was awesome. Quick, efficient, friendly. She greeted everyone on the way in and out! Honestly....give her a raise! You want to keep her around!! There is not a single employee like that at my regular Smoothie King.

I went in asking if I could make any changes to a certain smoothie. The cashier ended up getting a little frustrated on how I was describing how I wanted my order . Not the first time I’ve gone into smoothie king and someone has had a bit of an attitude.

This location is so slow, first time I ordered a smoothie in store took over 10 minutes to get made, all online orders are put ahead of my order. Today I waited over 5 minutes in line with one person ahead of me, i gave up and just left
