WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Lil girl at the window to the man on the headset. Rude, hateful why are these people in customer service if your so miserable? They forgot our soda and were rude about it, make it make sense.

Usual WC fare, drive through is slow at times but accurate.
Luv the chocolate shake, I would say fast food but this visit was lightning fast! I got my order within 30 seconds or ordering. My hats off to the man behind the counter!

The Good: - The staff on hand were great! - The food was hot and as good as expected. - The lobby was less crowded than previous years, so it felt quiet and intimate. The Bad: - It was SLOW. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The slowness is not on the staff that were on hand. It seemed like drive-thru priority was slowing everything down and they were doing the best they could.
