“I had recently post a review of what I seen at the restaurant and felt yelling at a waitress in front of customers was not something I wanted to support by eating at this restaurant it's just my opinion but then to find out she was let go we decided we're not going back to support this restaurant ! UPDATE 12/3/23 we returned to My Waffle restaurant after not eating here in 1 month our waitress was back we didn't ask how or why I'm just glad things worked out I do hope the Owner reads his reviews because some customers really care thats important so to everyone working at this restaurant the food is always good we're satisfied but as for what ever happened I'm glad adults figured out the issue we will be back.“

“I'd absolutely love to give 5☆ but the servers here are so so sad. They act like they're in chains forced to work there. The food is so good but I literally get uncomfortable eating there. They make you want to take it home to eat but we live too far away. They serve you water in tiny plastic cups with dishwasher rings two cubs of ice and get frustrated if you ask for more ice or water. This guy today literally just rolled his eyes at me for asking for a cup of ice because me and my kids combined had 6 cubes. Not just this server both the guys we get here act the same way. They show zero emotion and do not speak out side of what do you need. It's very strange. I hope one day this changes more family friendly.“

The burger list is huge and I've heard great things about them even though I haven't tried one yet (I just like other things more than burgers). The fish & chips are BOMB and their French fries & tater tots are top tier which is important for me lol. My husband and I went last night for "singo" for the first time. They play 45 seconds of a song and if you have the title on your bingo board you mark it off. It was SO much fun. And I won a free piece of cheesecake as a prize so that was nice! I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap which was just okay. I think it would've been a little better if I got it with crispy chicken instead of shredded. “We made reservations for 4 for 6:30 and we were glad we did because they were busy due to Singo being played at 7. We arrived at 6:20 and were promptly seated at a table that had a large reserved sign on it.Our waitress was very nice and greeted us promptly and told us about the food and drink specials. We ordered our drinks and a bit later ordered our food. Singo started just after 7:15 due to the Bears draft pic being on some of the monitors. This gave us time to start on some of our food. The wings were absolutely delicious. We had the mild ones. Be weary of the hot ones as I had them at the Naperville store and they were blazin hot! The special pizza of the night was a brisket pizza that my 24 year old son really enjoyed. He had 2 mixed drinks also that he gave a big thumbs up ? to. The wife had the Italian Wedding Soup in a bread bowl that she rated as good overall. I had the turkey and ham sandwich with bacon and a salad as my side. It was very good. My daughter just had a drink which she really enjoyed. They also shared a cotton candy and my son made a beard out of a small portion of it. They loved it. Singo was very fun. A lady next to us won 3 times plus the Jackpot of $475. I won once also and claimed a Jersey Mikes meal. The entire dining room appeared to have a great time. The chicken is still delicious, the hush puppies are so good, i could make a meal of just them, the relish tray, omg, yum. “Bridget is a great server. My meal was good. I enjoyed waffles with cinammon apples. My husband's meal was so-so. The chicken fried chicken competed with the sausage gravy. We think a traditional white gravy would be better. The atmosphere is good. Despite being crowded, we could hear each other. We would go back if we're in the area.“

“My husband and I grabbed lunch at Burrito Parrilla Mexicana in a week day. We were looking for something quick and hearty, and not a burger-type drive thru. We had driven past this spot and bookmarked it on our "to try" list in the neighborhood. We were so glad we finally had the chance to swing by. We dined in and ordered: 3 taco dinner* (steak, chicken, carnitas) steak burrito 2 fountain drinks *dinner = with rice and beans for a few bucks extra Their set-up inside is fast casual. Order at the counter and they will bring your food out to you. Drinks are self-serve. Our meal came with complimentary chips and house made salsa. The salsa was so good I could drink that stuff. The server also brought out 3 more bottles of salsa (salsa verde, a ghost-peppery spicy one, and a smoked chile one); I don't know the actual names of them but they were a trio of the best flavors to add to your meal. They have horchata and agua de piña (pineapple water) in these self serve clear tubs where you'd typically see iced tea, lemonade, or some sort of slushie. I had 3 full-cup refills of the pineapple water (!!!) because it was that delicious. This might also be called their piña colada drink, I am not 100% sure. It's sugary, yes, and perhaps I was extra thirsty but the drink had little bits of pineapple pulp which was so so good. It was so refreshing and I've never had a drink like it before. Order a fountain drink and get it if you're here. For my 3 taco dinner, I chose to get a chicken taco, steak taco, and a carnitas taco. You can choose your protein and steak is 50 cents extra per taco. I got the "dinner" add on with rice and beans to make it a meal, and you can choose from refried beans or black beans. Everything was tasty and the food came out quickly. If I had to say one thing that wasn't really a thing is that the lime wedges that came with my meal had no juice. It's one of those limes when you squeezed, the pulp was all for show. The limes were dry and had no juice but I didn't bother to request more limes. Their trio of salsas that come in bottles (that they'll bring to your table with your food) is all you really need imo. My husband got the burrito and we said out loud between our bites, "I can see ourselves being regulars at this place." Next time I'd love to try their tortas and guacamole. We will be back!“

Today I went there for breakfast and was told by the waitress I was not allowed to bring in my own creamer. She said it was because people sneak in alcohol disguised as other beverages. Ok…I get that. They don’t want alcohol in the restaurant….but when she claimed it was COVID related that was utter nonsense. Is this yet another instance of stupidity where COVID is on outside creamer bottles but not on everything other item coming through the door? D****“
