“Let's start with the superb service. When you walk in you are warmly greeted, by one associate, not every associate you walk by. All of the staff treats you with respect and were genuinely helpful. The food is top quality. We had a mushroom Swiss burger and a North Atlantic Cod sandwich, along with an order of fries. Everything came out hot and was delicious. Culver's is definitely a step above when it comes to fast food.“
“Came here for one of the IHOP hour meals with my son. It was a clean and quiet establishment. Kristen met us at the door with great energy. The crepe my son had was devoured so it had to be good. I had the tenders and pancakes and it was a good savory and sweet combo. We appreciated the fast service and hot food. We decided to make this a family ritual, movie at AMC then IHOP with Kristen after.“
“The drive thru was so long of a wait that I decided to go in, and it's a good thing we did. We got our food fast hot and got out of there while the drive-thru was basically at stand still people plz be kind and think if you have a huge and special orders just go inside and make everyone's life easier in the food “

“I usually go through drive through a few times a week but took my elderly aunt inside. I’ve always been impressed by how efficient and nice everyone was in the drive through. There was a tall thin white man yelling at some of his employees while there were customers in the dining room. I felt embarrassed for them. Now this is just a 10 minute snapshot…who knows what this guy was going through but he was probably in his 40s so I’ll pray for him. But i hope those girls and women that run the drive through and the counter know how well they are slaying this McDonald’s. They really hustle without mistakes.“
“I have worked in customer service for over 40 years and let me say that it was a pleasure and honor to done out at this location. The manager name Angela was very good at what she does. My wife and I came into to dine with 4 to 5 other customers waiting to be seated. Angela did a fantastic job at getting us all seated when we first was told that we would have to wait 30 minutes. I love that she put her customers first by provide great service, and from what I can see everyone that got seated was very please with the customer service Angela provided.“
“I have lived away from the Chicago area for 26 years. So whenever I am back I must indulge in a great Italian beef sandwich. I was staying near Midway so I decided to give Tony's a try. They did not disappoint. I phone ordered the "big beef" with hot peppers and provolone medium wet to go. They told me about ten minutes. I got there about 30 minutes later expecting to quickly pay pickup and be on my way but had to wait about 5 minutes or so. But I realized this was a good thing as they meticulously assembled the order with the peppers and oil in a separate container which otherwise would have made the sandwich a soggy mess by the time I got back to the hotel. The beef was perfectly moist and seasoned and the sandwich was huge. I only planned to eat one half but could not stop. The staff was super friendly. It is pretty much a take out spot with a small counter eat in area and a small off the street parking area in the back. I highly recommend Tony's for any connoisseurs of the Chicago style Italian beef sandwich.“

The seasoning on every item is to perfection, the meat I can definitely say is fresh. So many options and great prices. Will definitely be back to try other items from the menu. “This place is walking distance from my job, I always saw it and decided to stop in after seeing it featured on Instagram. They were super busy at the time but the cashier lady was very nice. They care about the food and service here. The burger was amazing and the fries were nice and crispy with good seasoning. Will definitely be back.“
“I had the grilled chicken sandwich and boy was it absolutely delicious. Seasoned to perfection And a full juicy butterflied chicken breast. I should have taken a picture of it but I inhaled it , it was so good. I'll take a picture next time cause there will most definitely be a next time.“
