I usually go through drive through a few times a week but took my elderly aunt inside. I’ve always been impressed by how efficient and nice everyone was in the drive through. There was a tall thin white man yelling at some of his employees while there were customers in the dining room. I felt embarrassed for them. This drive thru process is not safe for people walking and for other cars. This is the longest wait eye ever had at a McDonald's y'all take ppl money n tell them to pull around . You should tell ppl this before you take they money McDonald's is known for convenience you all are not. When u receive your food the lot is so packed you gotta wait too get out then fight thru traffic smh

Rushing to get you out of there way, it's a hit or miss at McDonald's in Crestwood, sometimes it's ok, but most of the time it just seems like they don't care about the quality of food they through in the bag, just pay for it, take it and get out of the way, the service is like they are throwing garbage out the window at you. I call it, THE COMPARISON OF BEFORE AND AFTER THE PANDEMIC HOW A FAST FOOD CAN GO DOWN HILL AFFECT. ITS SAD.
