Driest sandwich ever. Barely any condiments on it. Called back the next day was refused a refund because per the curly haired heavyset manager the tuna is dry and soaks into the bread and I should’ve called the same day…. Storytime: If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ended up having strep but ik I needed to eat something light so of course why not a bowl of soup and hey give me a tuna sub so once these meds kick in I can eat for real. Unfortunately I didn’t haven’t the strength to eat throat was still on fire but the next day as expected the meds were working and I went to eat the sandwich it was horrible. They skimped me out on the soup and all they had to say was thanks for telling us. $20 for a bowl of soup and ORGINAL sandwich not even a big and u can’t accommodate a regular customer who knows this was below par service. Unacceptable save your time and go to oak lawns or evergreen park location. U can see the microwave line from the soup and the sandwich is soaked in oil no mayo or mustard or anything else in sight and as usually the consumer not the million dollar franchise has to suffer do better potbelly’s hopefully corporate sees this. Jimmy John’s delivered a great tuna sub in replacement and I will be reaching out to my bank

I think these sandwiches just changed my whole life. It's a PERFECT sammich. This is what Subway WISHES they could be. Potbelly puts every sandwich shop in the area to SHAME! "A wreck" is what I ordered. The mac and cheese is pretty good too. Go get you a sammich

I recently visited Potbelly's and had the pleasure of meeting Mack, who is undoubtedly one of the best fast-food managers I've encountered. Despite a small misunderstanding with my order, Mack didn't just make a simple adjustment to satisfy me; he went above and beyond to ensure that I left the restaurant as a thoroughly content and happy customer. It's rare and incredibly refreshing to encounter such a customer-centric team member like Mack. He brought a little extra joy to my day. Thank you!

Came in tonight for a quick snack and it was really busy as usual, food tasted off. the manager with the tattoos made it and he was rude too. If you don't like your job or working with customers don't work at a restaurant.

12/07/23 I arrived to the Potbelly Sandwich shop in Crestwood. I encountered Nelson the friendly manager and his associates Ashley, Armani, Alexia, and Mary-Ann. I ordered an Original Toasted Turkey Breast Sandwich that was specifically modified at my mother's request. I pulled out my note, and dictated to the patient Ashley what mods to the sandwich were requested. She executed perfectly. I cashed out with Mr. Nelson after receiving the remainder other order (soups/cookies) and was on my way. The experience in this store was great. The associates take value in what they do and the manager, above all, keeps the store running optimally. You can tell when the lead is concerned with the well being of the people he works with. I perceived that he cares about his work staff and those he serves. A++.
If I had one word to describe this store it would be Apathetic. They made a mistake on my order, ignored my request for roasted red peppers on the ring of fire sandwich, and did not show initiative to fix the problem (i.e. make a new sandwich). It felt like I was a person holding cash and did not care about the rest.

I have been to this Potbelly several times. They have messed up my order, overcharged for the wrong size sandwich, and their meal deal is not a deal. Don't fall for it. I went to another Potbelly, and it was $2 to $4 cheaper than this facility. That is a big difference. Crestwood Potbelly has to do better.
