I recently visited Potbelly's and had the pleasure of meeting Mack, who is undoubtedly one of the best fast-food managers I've encountered. 12/07/23 I arrived to the Potbelly Sandwich shop in Crestwood. I encountered Nelson the friendly manager and his associates Ashley, Armani, Alexia, and Mary-Ann. I ordered an Original Toasted Turkey Breast Sandwich that was specifically modified at my mother's request. If I had one word to describe this store it would be Apathetic. They made a mistake on my order, ignored my request for roasted red peppers on the ring of fire sandwich, and did not show initiative to fix the problem (i.e. make a new sandwich). It felt like I was a person holding cash and did not care about the rest.
