I came in from out of town and of course I had to find a SB. This was the closest location and my order was ready upon my arrival. The drinks were placed under the correct letter as well as the cups were clean. This may be small to some but to me the it was EVERYTHING. I HATE having a messy cup making my hands sticky or the bottom being wet that needs to be wiped off. The drinks were delicious as well. I have always had the best experience at the Crestwood Starbucks. Even if short staffed they have always greeted me, spoke without rushing, and really made good quality drinks. Today took the cake. I was already having a really bad day, and not only was the order taker and drink maker employees super nice (not just what is required nice) but the employee who gave me my drink (maybe noticed) and offered me the red holiday cup they give when ordering a Holiday drink.
