Explain to me how this restaurant is so expensive? One meal and 3 kids meals with a total near $50. The super small portion of fries were cold for all the meals. The butterburgers were good but not for $11.

My first review of my local Freddy's is below. While that visit was great, my last two visits have not been. My most recent visit was yesterday. I entered the restaurant and was not greeted by anyone. It seemed that putting whipped cream canisters in a refrigerator was more important than taking any orders. As we were about to walk out, someone finally decided to wait on us. It took forever to get our order and when it came, everything tasted burnt. Another customer's pick up order was not filled correctly. When our food was called they put it on the counter and walked away. I had to get their attention to ask for some sauce. The restaurant did not seem very clean and there was constant cold air blowing on us which made our food cold. Our last visit before this also wasn't that great but we thought we'd give them another chance. We will NOT be coming back to this restaurant ever again after this terrible visit. We observed other customers and the service overall didn't seem great.Good food and fast service. Staff was friendly.

Went there to get some fries on a Sunday afternoon during my 30 min lunch break. When I walk in the dining room was a disaster with unlearned or wiped down tables. 2 young ladies were in line in front of me. 3 minutes later an employee comes to take their order. After their orders were taken he walks back to kitchen area and starts a conversation with the other employees in back, completely ignoring me and the customer that has entered behind me. This is a normal occurrence at this location.

I drove all the way from Kenosha to check out Freddy’s I heard about them online and had to give them a try. They were completely worth the trip!! They had excellent customer service and the food was even better, I would certainly make another trip out this way just to have another
If you love the old drive in style burgers this is the place. Super high quality taste and they even have malts! It's located on the 14 with a bunch of places around it. Friendly staff and clean too which seems to be a rarity these days.

Food is great and Service is great. People are kind and got the order correct. It is always cold and no matter where you sit there is a large fan blowing on you and your meal making everything cold quickly which is not ideal expessially in winter.
the wait is a little long but the employees are nice and the fries are good they are seasoned and the steak burger is flat and juicy and you have get the food yourself but its fine to me.

I used to love Freddy's but it was just awful, rather just go to Wendy's or McDonald's now. The cheese on my fries were old and the employees were all dancing to music, that shouldn't be played.

Placed order on-line. Restaurant was not busy when picking up order. Upon arrival at home, in Algonquin, realized 2 drinks were missing. Called repeated but no one picked up. Too far to go back to restaurant. Will NEVER get my business again.
