Bad bad experience it was the first time. When visiting, the attention is not said. The lady is Spanish and did not want to speak Spanish with us. But then it comes to us. Wings game machines. It was harassment asking. For questions. And we ordered pizza, not the yevo, we told him to put it for yevar and he said no, we had ordered it for yebar, we had to eat it, oh. It was harassment. And it smelled quite a bit of alcohol. Take it. Note to that. I will never return there ?

Celebrated my fiancé 30th birthday there and it was the best. Kenny made sure we had everything set days before the party, showed up to the party to help out and make sure everything was great. He would keep up with checking in every so often which was nice to have the owner involved and actually care how it was all going. The bartenders were super awesome and made sure to check on everyone who was in the golf simulator on drinks and food. Overall I’m so thrilled we did his party there. Would 100% recommend lulu’s to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean, laidback vibe and overall fun. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

It's a very clean place with lots of room. They have mixed seating with a long bar. A nice video gambling area. Good choice of drinks at the bar and plenty of beers on tap. Parking is plentiful with handicapped parking as well. In a strip mall off of Rt 176 .Parking: This place is set back off the street a little bit and you have to really lookg for it.

First things first -- Kenny is awesome! He completely made our visit here!Five of us, old friends who live all over (some from throughout Chicagoland, and who one who was back from Florida) and hadn't seen each other much recently, decided to have a bite and a drink after a visiting a wake for a good friend who'd died tragically the week before.So we weren't in the most celebratory mood, but we did want to spend some time together hanging out and talking while we were all in the same place.It was late for Crystal Lake (about 9pm on a weeknight, when it's hard to find someplace nearby that's open), and thanks to Yelp! I found that Lucky Lulu's was fairly close, served food, and appeared to be open late.To be sure they'd still be open and have food, I tried to call. But no one answered. Uh oh! I hung up, and almost immediately got a call back, which my caller ID told me was from Lucky Lulu's. A voice on the other end asked if I'd just called, said he was concerned that the call was spam since my phone number is from a non-Chicago area code, but said something told him he should call back. I said yes, thanks so much for calling back! I explained that a small group of us were looking for a place to have dinner and drinks and asked if the kitchen was still open. Yes, he told me, until 11pm. I thanked him gratefully, told him we'd be right over, and we headed that way.From the minute we arrived, we felt SO welcome! Kenny introduced himself, told us he'd stay as long as we needed, brought us menus and drinks, and proceeded to wait on us attentively the whole time we were there (about 3 hours). He got the gist of the reason for our gathering shortly after we got there, when we were toasting our friend and sharing stories, and came over to express his sympathy. By the time we left, after we sang for him (a hobby we all share), we all hugged him and thanked him profusely -- It was that wonderful!The food was good -- standard pub fare. Two shared the flatbread (and ended up ordering a second and taking part home), and the rest of us chose between sliders and salad. The drinks were good, too. He knew just how to make my standard Makers Mark Manhattan, up, with two cherries. It was perfect.Next time I'm in the area (about an hour from home), Lucky Lulu's will be at the top of my list for a re-visit! An extra special thanks again to Kenny, who turned our otherwise sad evening into a huge positive, and we all left to return home on a high note.

Love the vibe here! Fireplace, cozy seating, great drinks and shareable foods like sliders & flatbread pizzas. Friendly service and fun games like shuffleboard, darts and slots. They have a cool golf simulator room in the back. Great for groups.

Had my husband's 40th birthday here. Wonderful experience, virtual golf was an awesome touch, great for the kids and adults. They were able to accommodate our party of 25, and the manager Kenny was super helpful throughout the whole process. We ordered 3 dozen Sliders and 5 flat bread pizzas, all delicious. We will definitely be back again.
