Tommy's today? Complete trash. The guy at the drive-thru acted like a total mess—couldn't tell if he was drunk or just couldn't understand English, or both. Either way, what a freaking prick. And when I finally got home and bit into my combo sandwich, it tasted like dog food—dry as hell. This place is going downhill fast. Waste of money, waste of time. Zero stars, hands down. It used to be decent despite the price, but now? Just pure trash."

Had the 2 hot dog meal. Good price for the meal. However, the dogs were really plain. Pickle and mustard, but nothing wow about it. Fries were good. They need to jazz up the dogs with traditional Chicago style condiments : relish, pickle, tomatoes, onion, sport peppers, and celery salt.

Stale hotdog buns, cup of cheese was ice cold, beef was not dipped and fries seemed refried. Also charged for extra cheese on beefs which was not asked and is the reason for the bad review. Don't charge someone extra when the food isn't going to be 100%. Will not be going to this location again.

Not sure how this is a foot long polish or Chicago style. First one sent back with ketchup on it second one still a mess and served with cold sausage.Left it sitting on the table as pictured.Will not be trying this place again.
There signs say they are open until 10 pm. So does Google.Picked up an order that was missing an item , marinara sauce instead of cheese sauce too.Returned to a dark establishment at 9:05 pm.Disappointing.Food generally is what I expect when it is correct.Will go to the other location on Rt. 14.Always had great service there.

This place has the lowest quality cups, lids, and tray holders I have ever seen in a restaurant. I could buy better products on Temu. Their tray holders don't even grip the cups they will fly right out and spill all over your car. Will never eat here again. Absolutely ridiculous how cheap this place is.
