On my momma this was amazing, got hope and took a bite and started jumping in the air like I won the lottery. Wendy’s has really made a huge improvement by building a new location, by building this new location it came with a new set up and point of view for us to see what really happens back in that kitchen. I look forward for the food to keep bringing surprises. Thank you!

The employees make it so depressing to come to this location. Probably why they messed up on a simple order.Food was alright for a wendys, fries were not hot and crispy. The service and staff need major improvement.1/10 will not visit again.

They may have rebuilt the building, but their staff still can’t do their job. This is like the fifth time they messed up my order completely for my kids missing many items and again they don’t give you a receipt. You get home anytime you don’t have any of your stuff yet again. Same problems from their old location came to their new location. These people suck at getting orders right.

Overall Nice Wendy’s, they’ve improved their food quality and time management nicely. My dumb friend ordered my food wrong and they were super friendly and changed it for me.

Stopped by at around 6:30pm on Christmas Eve. The sign posted holiday hours stating that they would be closing at 8pm. Before we placed our order, a man who I can only assume was the “manager”, stops to announce to everyone in the restaurant that they will be locking the doors at 7 because..”We have to be out of here by 8.” We absolutely understood since it was Christmas Eve and we made the last minute decision to grab a bite to eat. We placed our order at 6:35ish….We started to get a little nervous at 6:50 when they were struggling to get the food orders out. There was also a drive thru line open, too which I’m sure added to whatever confusion was happening in the back. I am NOT upset or disappointed with the staff. They all looked flustered and stressed out. Again, it’s Christmas Eve and they’re trying to close early. It quickly dawned on me that it wasn’t the holiday hours that had them running around like chickens without heads…It was because of their “manager”. With a restaurant dining area that had roughly 12 people dining or waiting, he proceeded to yell at the staff so loudly that it made everyone feel pretty uncomfortable. You could see the stress in the worker’s faces. I felt so bad for them. There was no need for that. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant, but to yell and belittle your team in front of customers is absolutely unacceptable. The food was to be expected, but the level of discomfort after that incident is what drops the stars. To be clear… the shift manager that night is the reason for the low stars.

I had to give this a rating just because so many fast food restaurants in the area are so terrible and every time I’ve been at this new location it has been exceptional all around. Friendly, order is right, food is fresh - the basics that most fast food joints can’t seem to get.

Check the frosty machine. Son had a chocolate frosty tonight at like 5pm . 11/29/23 20 mins later started puking and now it's coming outta both ends ....Have to post here because yall don't have a phone number ?.... way to ruin frostys for the boy ?

We went after the lunch rush on our way home. What a disaster! Their server was down, so it was cash only, and they were calculating the price manually. It also seemed like the staff didn't know what they were doing. There were also workmen working on the building structure near the food processing area. They shouldn't have opened if the building or the staff wasn't ready. For instance, they had to show the person making fries how to do it several times. My fries were so salty that I had to clean them off before eating them. We won't be coming back for a long time so they can get their act together.

Why did they build a fancy new Wendy's and let the quality of the food really go down?? My family loves Wendy's and it's usually our go to out food but we will not be returning to this location!! My husband ordered a spicy asiago ranch chicken sandwich and there was the paper that separates the different slices of cheese melted with the cheese into the sandwich! He took a bite and ate part of the paper. Was so grossed out, threw the expensive sandwich away.Also the fries were not even half way filled up and I ordered 6 piece nuggets and got 4 pieces instead. Very disappointing

I went on their grand opening and scored a free breakfast for a year card! How awesome is that! Despite all the people inside, waiting for their card when it was my turn, I was in and out food was good. Workers look like they know what they’re doing everyone was very friendly..
