They did a great job on the remodeling but today I went in to get a sandwich but the crew kinda sucked , they were not really organized and didn't have a whole lot of teamwork going on.

I show up 10 mins before close mind you I just had a simple ham and cheese order I get to the drive through they take forever to answer and proceeded to tell me they were closed, but yet still had the open sign on. I then pull up to go inside and the young girl working ran to the door to lock it but yet still left the sign on. Don’t say your store is open until 9 if your employees won’t serve until 9…

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a protein bowl. Sandwich toppings were on the protein bowl and the sandwich was wrong too. Not enough time to go back and get the order corrected either. Who wants a protein bowl with mayo and mustard on it? Common sense and attention to detail would go a long way. I want my $23 back.

We ordered six footlongs at 6:38 tonight we didn't get our food until 7:18! Every single sandwich is wrong. We are so disappointed. Not to mention one girl did absolutely nothing the whole entire time. One person making all six sandwiches wrapping them and everything while one just stood next to her talking then put them in a bag. I asked her to check the lobby to see if they had the buffalo lays chips and she said they didn't have any but didn't go check.

Not good. The girl was hard to hear. She kept repeating our order. She gave us one bag of chips when we asked for two. Then we get home and my sandwich had hardly any meat. Never again. I will go to the one on gilbert st. They always treat us right.

absolutely awful employee. I believe her name was Hailey, covered in hair, mask wasn’t on properly, hair drenched in grease, and not wearing gloves!! on top of that she made my 6 in wrong. Been there before and a much slimmer girl with dark long hair was very kind, seemed hygienic, and made an awesome sandwich. The first girl needs fired.
