I went to go pick up my mobile order and neither of the girls were helping me and my drink was already ready sitting on the other side of the counter getting watery and my cold foam was already dissolved . Very disappointed
I like some people who works there but they should not give a deaf customer a hard time with drive through only available if they close early for walk in. They need to change that to later because it's the summer. Love using mobile orders but sometimes they need to update what Donuts they have left for the day. It's frustrating and difficult to know ahead of time. But it is what it is. With the covid, it's been hard for us because I'm deaf and so is my wife. Please be more accessible,...read full review

Customer service was great! I didn’t catch her name but I think she was the manager (blonde hair, worked a morning shift on 4/29), helped my dad and I order our coffees and was very friendly :). Macchiatos were very yummy!
