We visit family in the area about once a year and I always look forward to the Pad See Ew here, they get the noodles so wonderfully crunchy, they are the best noodles I've ever had. The Pad Thai on the other hand is pretty disgusting... overcooked, mushy noodles, generic, bottled sauce, and hardly any veggies at all. I know that the owners are not Thai but how can they do one noodle dish so well and fail so hard at another??? Egg rolls are good.“

“YUM. We stopped at Chiba after some shopping since we were craving some rolls. It was fairly early in the evening so it wasn't busy, but still a few groups were dining. We ordered California, Philly, and shrimp tempura rolls along with a side of chicken fried rice. Bonus points for having soy paper because that is just my preference. The rolls came out quickly and were presented so beautifully on the plate. I love how you can see them being made up at the bar too. The shrimp tempura roll was larger than I thought which was a pleasant surprise since I was hungry (also why there are no pics). Definitely a great spot for a casual and delicious meal!“
