9 Best Vegetarian Restaurants in Hinsdale

“As always, Chef Paul’s restaurants are right on point. Katherine and I collectively have been to Vistro (Prime) a few times . . . and the food, craft cocktails, and atmosphere make for an excellent social and culinary experience. It was wonderful to see Patrick doing the Mixology while the other restaurant is in process of opening apparently this spring.This time around, Katherine and I stopped by for a craft cocktail, and we ended up enjoying the happy hour oysters that were very good.I have never offered a single suggested critique of Vie or Vistro.The only request I have is for the manager of Vistro Prime is to check the barstools at the bar.My barstool was wobbly, and it likely/ simply needs to be tightened up. I’m a handy person and have constructed and repaired barstools; so possibly, the hardware for some of your barstools needs to be tightened up and or repaired.They are beautiful barstools!Other than that, I completely recommend Vistro Prime to every and anyone that receives this review and all my friends and family as always!“

“Stumbled onto this place on accident before tonight's Hinsdale C football game. Atmosphere was great. Pasta dishes were outstanding. Finally, for a downtown Hinsdale restaurant, the prices were really reasonable. Would drive from Naperville again for this dining experience.“

“What A Hidden JEM In Hinsdale, The Pies are utterly DEEELICOUS.. The service is amazing as well, and the owner Carmela is so sweet .. please support them with their authentic pizza's.. the cool thing about this place is you can take and bake these pizza's at home. they are fresh and so much better than any of these grocery store junk piesVegetarian options: they have vegan and gluten free options“

“Met a friend here for dinner. I glanced at the menu before arriving & there were several tasty sounding items. My friend & I split the tuna poké with chips ? I ordered the Derby Burger which was mouthwateringly delicious. My friend ordered the Greek chicken with Naan which also looked yummy & my friend confirmed. Our waitress was training but she did a great job ?? I would be more than happy to return!“

“Amazing food! The JP Chicken with rice was fantastic and the Piccadilly Roll (Lobster Tempura roll), and an off the menu sushi roll with skeak, Joe's Roll was phenominal! Cocktails were delicious, the Samurai!! Great customer service from all the staff from the hosts, to the waiter to the sushi chefs. We would definitely go back to visit...hands down fantastic!“

“Overall I give it a 4 but I'm giving the food a 3. I’ve been here five or six other times, but this time was not the best experience. I had basil fried rice with shrimp. The shrimp were delicious, but the rice wasn’t fried at least not to my liking and I could barely taste the basil. As a matter fact, it didn’t even taste like Thai food. My husband had the shrimp Kung Po. Again, I think the rice was a miss. No flavor, no taste the authentic Thai flavors were not there.“

“First time here and was not disappointed! ? The service, the food, and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! Our server was so sweet, she took such great care of us. We had the strawberry mimosas, a skillet, and the breakfast burger. (Not the actual names of the dishes) Burger was cooked perfectly and the skillet was delicious too. This place is huge! We were able to walk in and be seated right away.“

“This is such a a favorite spot for us. We travel from Chicago on Saturdays for lunch. Highly recommend BLT with a runny egg with a side of tator tots. Not a lot of people dine in and they have great outside shaded tables for the summer time.“

“We loved everything on the prix fixe menu which was offered during Hinsdale Restaurant Week! The food was beautifully prepared and plated and was truly delicious. The service was excellent, swift and competent throughout. This restaurant is a gem!“
