Love this place, been coming here for years. You will not find a more chill atmosphere with better people. They also host events and have bands on occasion. Also, the beer is terrific and they have a ton of pours
My wife and I moved to Decatur from Bloomington a couple months ago and our connection to DBW was immediate. The house we bought was owned by a master brewer at DBW and his presence was felt especially last night when we came in with a couple friends for some beers. located downtown in an area filled with old buildings filled with history at one time in the 1800's it was a slaughter house it's a great use of refurbishing the area. With 24 beers on tap a great selection of flavors our Bartender takes part in the Brewing of the beer so he was very informative about the flavors.
