I ordered my food and after almost 2 hours had to go get it in order to get it. There was a mix-up in payment. After so many issues with the order and having hungry kids, I requested some sort of disount. The lady tried to make things right and did throw in a sprite. That said, gloves were not worn while they made the food and my kid ended up getting sick. The food should have been prepped correctly and should have been offered for free after the whole ordeal. It's a real shame that so many local businesses have a labor shortage. I've noticed it everywhere. This store is no exception. However the customer service here is always excellent. The manager and driver we have spoken with on a few occasions are empathetic and apologetic when an order takes longer than expected. It seems like just a few employees are working really hard here to keep this place running. Our pizza is almost always excellent quality and at the worst good quality....read full review
