The South shores Kroger in Decatur gets a lot of negativity. It is small and the stock selection is small. You cannot count on them having what you need. However, this does not apply to the deli! I have rarely experienced any lack of a deli item I needed. The deli folks are friendly, personable, and helpful. I love this store when we are in the area. It is organized and always so clean. The selection of products is wonderful. We recently lost our Kroger store so this is a welcoming experience and it is by far superior to what we had.
