“First time ever at a CPK. I was invited for lunch and had relatively low expectations, expecting just another pizza place. But I was astonished at the excellent food quality, the delightful presentation and the superior service. I ordered a lunch special, a 7" wild mushroom pizza and a salad. When the salad arrived, my jaw dropped. It was a heaping bowl of salad, with the lettuce nicely chopped up and lots of stuff added in, absolutely scrumptious. It was anything but a 'side' salad. I sampled by wife's tomato soup and found it delightful, just the right amount of spice. and now I'll have trouble in the future trying to decide between the salad or the soup. The mushroom pizza was great ! And the server, Christopher, refilled my coffee cup 3 times before I declined a fourth. I can't remember the last time any server anywhere, kept my coffee cup filled. Deer Park is a drive and now I wish there was a CPK in Crystal Lake because I'd be a regular. 10 star review from me. A Great Value.“

“I walked in to noodles and company on a very sad day for me. Typically when I walk in, I am not greeted by Aiden. But this day, kind employees named AJ Andy and Aaron greet me with happiness. They were so kind and lifted my day back up. Aj was so helpful on the register and my order was 100% accurate. When my food arrived, Aaron called out “it’s noodle time” and everyone had a smile on their face. I’m so happy I had a wonderful time at noodles and company“

“I am on a diet so I have to be careful what I eat (I legit haven't had McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, Sonic, Culver's in over 3 years) and when I heard about this place it was perfect. I ordered my first meal and it was so delicious and then I kept coming back after that. The food is always delicious and nice and warm whenever I get delivery. I always get the focaccia and humus because it's delicious, the only thing I notice is that from the Schaumburg location they actually cut up the bread like on the website but at the Deer Park they don't. Might need to make that consistent. I will def. be ordering from here again and again.“

“I will absolutely be returning to this restaurant. Highly recommend it either for a date night or a fun group outing. Their drinks and margaritas were all delicious and not too sweet. The flight of Mezcal was a great experience. I love mezcal but never had tried different kinds before. The waitress was attentive and nice. The chicken poblano enchiladas were delicious, highly recommend! We also ordered the guacamole trio and ceviche appetizers which isn't pictured because we devoured them pretty quickly.“

“I got the Classic Philly- and it was outstanding! It literally just melts in your mouth, cheesy bite of deliciousness. I also got the cheese fries which were also phenomenal and definitely can tell made out of REAL potatoes versus a frozen bag of fries.I’m not even mad I got it all over my work clothes eating in the car because I have a 30 minute lunch break. My only disappointment was I called twice and no one answered the phone and went to voicemail.I don’t know why this establishment didn’t have more people in (maybe because it is Sunday) because this is the BEST sandwich I’ve had in the Lake County area! “Amy's Kebab has the best in town Mediterranean food. ??Though the location isn't that great, the food is excellent and service is phenomenal. Could tell the difference on how freshly the food was prepared. Try and you won't be disappointed. The restaurant can use a little bit of an upgrade.“

“I love this place, and I've been going for over 10 years now. The manager might seem rough around the edges from time to time, but he's an extremely kind person. “This was my first time trying Bibibop and I was glad they expanded their locations. Plenty of parking. It’s not far from the Woodfield Mall. Prices were very reasonable because you do get a ton of food for your meal plus the free miso soup. When you walk in, it’s like an Asian version of Chipotle/Subway/Poke Bros where you choose your ingredients in front of you. You choose the base, protein, toppings, and sauces. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and fast.“

“I've been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years. It's a family restaurant, where the owner knows all his regular customers by name and the new ones he treats like he's known them for years as well. This restaurant has managed to stay in business while many of the others around it have closed. The food is well above your average family restaurant and the prices reflect that. This isn't fine dining as some like to compare it too. The staff works hard and many have worked there for 10-20 years. Customers come in and ask for specific servers due to the service and relationships built over the years. There are LOTS of customers who eat here daily or multiple times weekly!! The restaurant is always clean and has a beautiful banquet hall attached that has events going on almost daily. Many groups and organizations come in monthly and rent out the room. The soups, salads (create your own), pancakes, skirt steak, Athenian Chicken, wings and Chicken Mykonos (Wednesday night only) are some of my favorites.“

“I order some large soup today e got a different order from a different restaurant. So I order from Cafe Zupas e got something from Sweet Tomatoes. So I try to call Uber to let them know that I had the wrong order and couldn’t talk to anyone. “Busy, but quiet little restaurant. Bread was served hot. There was oil, parmigiana cheese, butter, salt and pepper for the bread. Sausage and pepper appetizer was full of flavor. Soup was good. Chicken parmigiana and chicken linguini alfredo were fantastic. I left the restaurant wishing there was more pasta. Not that there wasn’t enough on the plate to begin with, I just wanted more.“

“This Giordano's is a cute and cozy place. Also whenever we have it (too much for my growing belly) the pizzas are DELICIOUS and the folks who work there are so nice. It's like they are an old fashioned pizza place from when I was a kid, not a part of a big chain. Really recommend going to this giordanos any time!!!“

“I was looking for an inexpensive lunch special close to my work and Pizanoz came up. Though I'm not a big fan of the spelling of "Pizanoz", I read the reviews and did the research to give it a try. There was a picture in the Yelp listing from over 4 years ago (2019?) stating that a slice of deep dish meat lovers pizza was $4. I thought it was highly unlikely that the prices would be the same, post-pandemic, but to my surprise, they were pretty close! Pizza by the slice is now (03/12/24) $4 deep dish sausage or pepperoni, $4.75 for deep dish meat lovers. What a deal! I got the sausage and with a drink, the total was $5.09 after tax! While I don't know the cost of the thin crust slices, they're surely under $4 and worth a try. Regarding the deep dish or pan style pizza itself, I loved it. The crust was soft and doughy and seasoned lightly. There was a nice layer of thick cheese and the sausage was packed with fennel and was a great with the tangy tomato sauce. I was full after eating 3/4 of the slice. The cashier was patient with me as I weighed the options and was happy to answer my questions on the price and options. There's no dining here, so as far as ambiance, I would say that it feels quaint and personable here, like you're stepping into a family business that has been around for a long time. I'll be back for sure, and after one more positive food experience, I'd be ready to upgrade the rating to 5 stars.“

“Really enjoy this restaurant, particularly their patio! I’ve actually never bothered dining inside. Love taking our dog out to dinner — it’s like her special occasion restaurant. Plenty of menu variety, even the pup meal includes a choice of chicken or burger, white or brown rice. My favorite dish is the Tex Mex salad. The outdoor atmosphere has great vibes… big fire pit in the middle, side ‘walls’ that roll down in the inclement weather, tvs showing the best sporting events.“

“One of the best places in the area to get a healthy bite to eat! I've seen managers at nearby stores take their employees to eat here as well, instead of staying at their own establishment! Definitely coming back when in the Vernon Hills area! We just had a Zupas open closer to me, so we go there now! This location is also great!“

“Yum. Blta is interesting. Not sure its supposed to have this much black pepper but it has alot and tastes delicious. I mistakenly got white pepper at home and it smells so bad. The black pepper on this blta is refreshing. So good... yummmm....And the price is ok. Sonic is the cheapest, but Potbellies isn't bad priced. The regular is an ok size. The biggs is a bit too expensive at about $14 with tax. At least its not panera which is like $17-$18.Parking: Sometimes have to park by Chipotle to make sure i don't hit anyone.“

“Long time customer with Corner Bakery they have good quality comfort foods and drinks. 5 stars because the service surpassed all of my expectations today. I ordered 2 coffees a breakfast sandwich and bagel via Uber Eats of which the driver didn't deliver one of the coffees. I attempted to contact the driver and Uber and outside of a refund there wasn't anything they could do. I called Corner Bakery to see if the driver may have forgotten that part of my order. Their floor manager went above and beyond! They confirmed the full order was picked up and also personally delivered my drink (new)! I wasn't expecting that at all! They didn't have to do that at all especially since I'm a good distance from them and especially since they are not at fault with the Uber eats delivery. All I can say is thank you so much! You've made my day so much brighter.“

“This was by far the best Portillo's location I've ever visited. It was my first time visiting this location. I always pass by whenever I'm on the 208 bus, on the way to Woodfield. I love the old school retro vibe this place gave me, as soon as I walked through the door. It was as if I were transported back in time to the 50s. Very cool and different from other Portillos locations. And the service was great too. If I could, I'd give this place 100 stars!!!“

“I like olive garden the food taste good we orderd: calamari (the portion is small) , chicken Parmigiana it's 2 pieces , chicken & shrimp carbonara without the bacon it was the most delicious, shrimp Alfredo . It does come with soup or salad & bread, there salad is always a super 5 star . For the soup it does not taste as usual not thick enough didnt like it . I think they should add pizza to their menu .“
