Absolutely love this location! Employees are always very kind and helpful if I need anything, and they have a kiosk. This is great for people with coffee sip club so we don't tie up the line when just ordering a coffee, and it works great for ordering food too! Great, cozy dining area too!!
The food is good, the employees are nice enough, but I can't remember the last time they got my pick-up order entirely correct. Worse than that, though, is the fact that they're out of stock on so many items - including the bread shown ON THEIR SIGN -well before dinner time. I can't help but laugh.

I think this restaurant has improved quite a bit--for what it's worth, I have always thought they Paneras as a whole are over-rated and over-priced. That said, they do offer quality bagels (for a casual dine-in) and decent food in an atmosphere that is clean and well-kept (as well as cozy and warm).
