My Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup Bowl came with 98% broth and 2% noodles and chicken. It felt like I was eating someone’s scraps. I paid $9 or $10 for flavored water basically. Do not recommend there chicken noodle soup.

Closed deliverys 4 hours early for a storm that lasted not even 2 hours called the location was told they will deliver once siren stopped which is understandable so i waited and nothing possibly closed the location as well but im not 100% on that since I have the flu and can't leave the house i wouldn't be as mad as I am now if the employee that was spoken to didn't lie "edit" - every restaurant stayed open except this location laziness

I think this restaurant has improved quite a bit--for what it's worth, I have always thought they Paneras as a whole are over-rated and over-priced. That said, they do offer quality bagels (for a casual dine-in) and decent food in an atmosphere that is clean and well-kept (as well as cozy and warm). It has always been a popular hang-out spot for groups and friends meeting up and having coffee and thus can be sometimes louder than the quaint coffeeshop feel that Panera tries to maintain. I do think the service is better now--which I think is a compliment to management as it must be extremely difficult in 2023/2024 to recruit anyone willing to work in food service (given how awful they are treated by petulant American customers). On that note, the clientele at Panera for DeKalb are decently behaved---something that has to be taken into account in our area when reviewing businesses I think (they have to respond to the customers, afterall).
I was the only person in line and waited to purchase a gift card for 5 to 10 minutes. Multiple people saw me standing and waiting, but no one addressed me. I had to wait for the lady to get off the phone to purchase the gift card.

I loved Panama bread years ago. They were amazing. Regrettably this locations quality is questionable. It's leadership. leadership makes the difference. The prices are high compared to the amount of food and the quality of the flavor of the food.I had a couple of negative experiences with the management because the drive through personal made a mistake with my order. I finally got it fixed but the store manager was not polite.I don't want to grade this location unfairly but I don't plan to return. Quality of flavor. Absolutely love this location! Employees are always very kind and helpful if I need anything, and they have a kiosk. This is great for people with coffee sip club so we don't tie up the line when just ordering a coffee, and it works great for ordering food too! Great, cozy dining area too!!
