“I love Fresco on First. I am diabetic and I always find something that I can eat and it doesn’t hurt my blood sugar. The staff is always delightful and I love the ambiance. I keep trying to find out what this building used to be. It appears to be like a Ben Franklin Store or a Woolworth 5 and dime. If anyone knows please tell me.Vegetarian options: I really enjoyed the vegetarian sandwich and the vegetarian soup.“
“Stopped here while passing through Dixon on a job assignment the other day. I got the cookies & cream with a vanilla base which tasted amazing. Even better than the drink was the staff though. I’m assuming the owner or manager is who I talked with & she was the absolute sweetest & super knowledgeable. Will definitely come back when I visit. ❤️“

“Great place to enjoy lunch, coffee, sweets. The sandwiches are very good, good selection, fresh, good bread. The sweets selection is too die for, scones, pie, cookies. I have a very hard time deciding what I want from the sweets selections. WOW nice ladies behind the counter. This is a great value.“
“Stopped in on a weekend getaway. This seems like a place that should be on the corner of a bustling city. It’s hip, cute, the menu selection made it hard to choose! And, the staff was great. We got a sweatshirt and some candles and seriously the softest sweatshirt and awesome smelling candles. Our drinks were delicious! Can’t wait to go back.“
