It's not fresh unfortunately and the taste is not good,,, it's not rich I thought the caster smell not good, I was really surprised and felt disappointed , specially I sent as a gift to my family,, hope the manager takes this feedback serious
The hash browns are good, the coffee is alway HORRIBLE!!! I’ve given it a chance twice and keep forgetting to try it before I’m out the lot, it’s always terribly watered down and bitter despite asking for cream and sugar which has been the exact opposite of my experience at other locations. This used to be my favorite dunkin until the past couple of months. I used to go here every morning at 3:45am and the service was fast. The last two times I had to leave without getting my order because I was in the drive thru line for 25 minutes and there was still a car ahead of me. It's so bad now, the service is just too slow in the mornings.
