The Baskin Robbins in here deserves a 4-5 star rating. Unfortunately, the Dunkin' part brought the rating done. Baskin Robbins had a nice variety of ice cream and good assortment of cakes. The employee who took care of us was very friendly, and quick with the shakes and the scoops. Once we got to the Dunkin' area, the stock was quite depleted. Ice cream was good. Service was awful. We ordered dishes of ice cream, 4 people in our group, had to ask for spoons. I'm pretty sure just about everyone uses spoons to eat ice cream.
