I’ve been ordering cappuccino blast from different locations all over the country for 10 years. This store is the first and only one make me don’t want to drink it anymore.

I ordered the following on the Dunkin app, which is my usual. 1 Large Original Blend Iced Coffee Oatmilk Sweet Cold Foam Toasted Almond (4) Butter Pecan Swirl (4) Liquid Cane Sugar (2) Shot of Espresso (1) Lots on sweetening, right?? Apparently not. This was basically black coffee with cold foam on TOP of the lid and barely on the surface of the coffee in the cup. Not to mention, the coffee was watered down, had no dairy at all, appeared to have been sitting for 45 minutes or so and had few ice cubes in it? I ordered it within the app 3 minutes prior to getting there and picking it up.. so for it to be watered down makes zero sense. That being said, it was terrible and not near what I had ordered. The teenage boy with blonde hair at the window had no customer service skills either. If I hadn't been on my lunch break and running late, I would've questioned it. Instead, I had to redeem 500 points within my app for a large cup of iced coffee water and a cold foam covered lid. This isn't the first time the East Peoria location has made this order or other basic orders poorly or completely incorrect. Just take the extra few minutes and go to the Creve Coeur location instead and don't make the same mistake I did.

i was shorted on my hash browns and hannah had horrible customer service she didn't put enough blueberry in my sweet tea i am now sad hungry and drinking a not so blueberry sweat tea

Ice cream was good. Service was awful. We ordered dishes of ice cream, 4 people in our group, had to ask for spoons. I'm pretty sure just about everyone uses spoons to eat ice cream.
It took 10 plus minutes to get six plain bagels because the kid that worked the window decided to take it upon himself to toast them even though we never once asked them to be. Then after all that when we told his we didn't want them toasted he threw six plain bagels on a bag at our window. Told us 'next time we wanted f****** plain bagels to go to Kroger' then spit on my husband more than once. What the hell. Kid needs to be fired. What a nasty employee

I won't through the drive thru today and ordered chocolate shakes but i got chocolate milk not shakes. This place needs to learn how to make a proper shake. I won't be going back!

Makensie an employee was very rude during my door dash pick up 10/10 do not recommend this place shes argumentive and thinks people should automatically know the 24 rotating flavors? i hope door dash never sends me jere again

This has got to be the worst location for any type of drive thru business. The parking lot is extremely small and impossible to get out of if there is a line for the drive thru. The line for the drive thru is not long enough for the amount of cars at any given time. The traffic in the parking lot blocks the main entrance and causes a back up on the road. The service is so slow! Maybe if the employees worked a bit quicker the line wouldn't be so miserable. After leaving the drive thru the only option is to turn right. Everything about this location is a disaster!
