Went through the drive-thru at 4:00 on Friday, when there was no one in line in front of me. Ordered a double cheese steak burger meal, 5 piece chicken tender meal and a Prime Rib Double steak burger meal. All with drinks and three sundaes. Get home with my purchase at 4:30 to find no Prime Rib Double Steak burger. I tried calling three times with no answer and when I get an answer they want me to come back right away. So much better than Steak 'n Shake well now that Steak 'n Shake has no staff. Till Steak 'n Shake brings back a wait staff this is pretty much the same food but hot , fresh and cheaper, will just go to Freddy's!
