“My waitress was very kind but when I walked in there were three employees (including a manager) who looked at me like I was lost or shouldn't be there.Awkward way to start my lunch.Plus being sat at a dirty table when it's not even busy was a little gross.“
“I went to Chilis in Peoria,IL. on 3/6/2024. The restaurant was pretty crowded so I took a seat at the bar. The bartender put down a drink napkin in front of me and told me she’d be back in a few minutes. About 10 minutes later I ordered my drink and my dinner in fear I would have to wait even longer for her to return. I ordered the sirloin with loaded mashed potato’s and broccoli. The food took another 20 minutes or so before I got it and it was excellent. The only complaint I have is that there should have been 2 bartenders. One for the bar area and another one for all the tables in the restaurant. This poor bartender was running in circles trying to keep up with everything amidst wiping the sweat from her forehead from running around so much, and tripping over her own two feet in the process. Surely being so busy as that place was, they could afford to pay another bartender, if only for the “dinner rush.”“
“I dont know what anyone says about this place but the food is amazing. Really fresh and juicy. The prices are much better than chipotle. Their soda machines are worth every penny spent on the cup for sodas. Best of all Sandra, who always serves me, is super friendly very nice, im a regular there and always has a good attitude at work“
“It's like Chipotle with a few more options and queso. They seem to be but with staffing issues, as the dining room was dirty and the soda machines were busted and out of ice.Parking: Building the Freddy's killed traffic flow and took up a lot of parking.“
