Went today to order for my family I frequent here often and normally never have any complaints….the young lady that took my order was rude for no reason at all ‼️ I did have a big order and after each item I was rudely asked is that all in a very nasty tone ??♀️ I did go inside an speak to what was present as a manger and he said he would handle it..maybe he did but I wasnt cofident that he would. I was not nasty to this young lady at all so to be so short and rude was beyond me. The food overall was good as usual but customer service this time was beyond horrible. Its really sad when people are spending there hard earned money but one thing that type of attitude will catch up sooner than later ijs ??♀️

I've never lived in IL but I do work in IL and have been around this area all my life. I used to eat at Big Mama's when they had a Belleville location and we carry out from the Washington Park location every now and then. Today I ordered the Snoot Tip Combo with spicy sauce. It's a full snoot and 1/2 lb of tips on top of two slices of white bread. The sauce is basically Maull's BBQ but spicier. It doesn't get more St. Louis than this folks! Anyway about once every year or two I'll order this. Today it hit the spot. I'm also a fan of the pulled pork which is my regular order. Don't skip the desserts here!

Never thought this day would come, but I’m done dealing with these kids they hire that either don’t give a F or can’t understand English. Tonight was 4 of the past 5 times where something was either screwed up or I had to repeat myself a handful of times. It’s like an argument anymore, if I wanted that I’d be an idiot and get married.For the past 3-4 years I’ve probably spent almost $100 a month here, driving over from Belleville. Won’t be doing it anymore. Hire some grown-ups like CeCe and keep good employees like Vivica, if you hear any other name in the speaker just drive off, save yourself the trouble that’s almost guaranteed once you pull up to the window. Sad.

The Cootter fries are phenomenalThe barbecue pork steak is the bestI deliver and pick up with service all the time in the area this place is a must stopI've had a lot of barbecue but I highly recommend this place
Chicken strips were burnt up, they forgot my potato salad, and the pork steak was dry. Haven't been here in forever and was excited to smash. But was very disappointed ?.
