Quality of the meat wasn't the best, every other piece seemed to be a bit chewy or all fat. The guy gave me a scoop with MAYBE 10 pieces of steak and when I asked for more he just said "they're gonna charge you more". For something I think anyone that frequents Chipotle would agree wasn't even close to being a double scoop. They charged us double meat for all three bowls and the price was ridiculous. We could've gone to Texas Roadhouse down the road for the same price and gotten triple the amount of meat. Won't be coming back here. The building also seemed unfinished?? Weird.

Second time eating here since this place opened. Posted my first review on Google of my first visit it was HORRIBLE, but years later I said why not give them another shot they been open awhile they may have gotten better. Welll to my disappointment they haven't , walked in this time to get a burrito bowel as I'm watching them make my order every topping looked disgustingly OLD. The guy made my bowel backwards put rice then queso then topping sour cream cheese then lastly lettuce smh I was furious . I always wondered why as popular as chipotle is , this restaurant seems to be the only restaurant in the area that's almost always empty. Now I see why. waist of money and space putting this in the community.

I've been going to this location for a few months. I have Celiacs and always ask the staff to swap gloves. Today when I went it, I asked them to swap gloves and they immediately all went over their procedures of swapping out serving spoons, wiping down surfaces, washing hands, and changing gloves. I didn't even have to ask them to do all that! I felt really valued - it's easy to feel like a bother when you're asking for extra steps to be taken. But they made me feel cared for and special by taking the initiative. They'd clearly been trained on how to handle celiacs and allergies. Round of applause!

I just went to Chipotle to eat in and I ordered a cheese quesadilla for my daughter. the girl at the counter said I could only get a quesadilla with an online order. I was puzzled and asked if she could just go 12 feet around the corner and ask the online pickup crew to make a quesadilla. she said that isn't allowed. I double checked with the cashier and she confirmed this crazy policy. the quesadilla cooker was right behind her and she said they can't use it for in house order. I sat down with my food and tried to order online and the app said please visit or call the store, online ordering not available.
