I don't know why there's all the terrible reviews for this place, I'm assuming it's people who ordered online. We just ate inside and the place was reasonably clean, the staff was reasonably friendly and the food was very good. I will say that the burrito wasn't hot, it wasn't ice cold but it definitely wasn't hot, certainly edible. The chips were slightly stale but that's not in deal breaker for us. The bathroom was also reasonably clean.

Wow - a restaurant with a composite 2 star rating? Very rare and a warning to all Yelpers. I'm afraid we have to join in with the dissatisfied patrons. Staff was friendly and helpful but that was one of only 2 positives. Other was the guacamole which was good. But the rest...oh boy.
