If you don't want to lose customers, why not get it together? Tell the people you have working for you to get their customer service skills together. They don't care about tips or anything. They should be ashamed!

I visit this location today for a take out pizza the service was terrible the cashier wasn’t welcoming she didn’t greet us she just stood at the register looking like she was lost. It took her a minute to give me my receipt the only reason why she gave it to me was because I started to walk away and she still was moving like she was lost almost like she was out of it/high. The pizza wasn’t hot it wasn’t even warm you can tell because the cheese didn’t look like it was melted (nothing like the pictures in the review). The pizza was not good none of the toppings could be tasted it was very bland.

The staff is rude, the pizza is horrible, and the toasted ravioli is served overcooked. More customer service and food preparation training needs to be provided to the managers and staff!
Always loved Pantera's. Forgot there was one in Edwardsville until I happened to pass it, decided to stop and grab a mini pizza. So delicious and the server was very nice. Loved the vintage arcade game in the corner.

It’s has been over some 30 years ago that I got pizza from Pantera’s. We used to go to the one in Fairview Heights with my parents when I was young, but it closed. Today, I was in the Glen Carbon/Edwardsville area and thought I should get a pizza from here and take it back home, to give my family a special treat. I got there before the lunch buffet rush and ordered my pizza, their best pizza. The gal at the counter says it will at the most 20 minutes, maybe even sooner as there is not a lot of people here. Well, it took over 45 minutes to get my pizza, and the same gal says to me…..”I am sorry.” Not sure what happened on her end, but I do know it doesn’t take 45 min to get a pizza. Well anyway, I took the pizza home, and it was fabulous! Just like it was over 30 years ago. We enjoyed it! Next time I go, I think I will order in and it shouldn’t take 45 min to get my pizza!

I purchased 2 of THE Hunk pizza these pizza has no taste I can't believe I paid $63.40 for these tasteless pizza the crust is garbage you can't taste any of the ingredients I will never buy a pizza from Pantera's again. Wow I give the rest to my dog

Loved the stained glass light fixtures over the booth seating, just wish they had the clear soft light bulbs instead of the new bright white florescent light bulbs.... Kinda takes away from the old style way of Panteras the way I remember it....
