Ordering on-line and get to payment. Asks if I want to leave a tip? Starts at 18%! Why? What was tip-worthy? I ordered and paid online and even drove there to retrieve it! And, I don’t know how the food is yet. What happens if I don’t leave a tip? Pay the employees better and quit expecting customers to make up the difference!

Going with three stars. Almost all of our experiences have been positive. It is our favorite pizza, and picking up and delivery have been easy. The reason for the lower rating was from one previous visit. We did not receive an order of 8 wings or any of the 4 sauces we paid for. I filled out a complaint online, and they told me the store manager would reach out to me. The next week, the store manager emailed, saying that he apologizes for our order taking longer than expected (clearly responding to the wrong complaint). When I emailed him back saying that was not the problem and we wanted a refund for our missing food, we never received a response back.

Just because there is cheese in the crust, doesn't mean there shouldn't be cheese on the pizza. Also, cheese needs to be on top of the ingredients so the ingredients stick to the pizza and not fall all over the place.

We ordered pickup for a big box which after making it home(6 min drive ) the food was worse than Luke warm and of the two pizzas only 4 slices were edible so 16 slices and only 4 were eaten and a cold pasta and breadsticks that obviously were old and hard…honestly I operate a pizza establishment myself and even on my worse days I understand quality over quantity! Personally we won’t be returning
Wife called from anderson hospital which is only 4 miles away after having a baby 2 days before and was told she had to call the pizza hut in granite city to deliver which is atleast a 20 minute drive.

This place slaps every time. They truly care about quality and service. Pizza is always perfectly thick, crunchy pillowy golden brown, flaky, saucy, and seasoned perfectly. Toppings spread evenly. So clean and well made with love every time. Also very quick. Breadsticks could use a tad more seasoning spread on some but I’m personally obsessed with the breadstick spread so none is ever enough for me lol. Prices are fair for the quality. Staff is always really nice. It’s great to have a Pizza Hut in the area that truly cares and works with pride and love. Please never stop, it is appreciated more than you realize, especially in todays world. :)
