I usually love Qdoba but this was not prepared well sloppy very small and missing items I asked for full of pickled onions that I did not ask for. Very disappointed had a friend pick up because I can’t drive at the moment so I was stuck with the meal. Won’t order takeout from there again.

Normally I love Qdoba's food. I'll happily wolf down a burrito the size of my head with a smile on my face. But my latest experience was horrendous.I spent nearly 30 minutes trying to get the app to work, to no avail. Sign-in issues, pages not loading, and a myriad of other issues culminating with finally completing my order only for the "Place Order" button at checkout to never become clickable. But my order, one Brisket Birria burrito with chips & queso and a drink, came out to $17 and some change after tax.So I decided to just place the order in-person. Not like I used any online-exclusive deals or anything. I'd miss out on some reward points, big whoop. So I recreate my order to the exact detail, Brisket Birria Burrito, add on chips and a drink to make it a meal. Except suddenly my total is almost $23.I tried to tell the cashier it didn't seem right, and it was $5-6 less on the app, but he just looked at me with glazed eyes and listed off the items on my order and repeated the total.Okay, bummer, not the end of the world but really strange and frustrating. Having to pay more because the app doesn't work? Or maybe the cashier didn't press the "Make it a Meal" button or perhaps didn't have one? It sucks, but I just got off work, I just want my food so I can go home and eat.After eating, everything seemed okay at first. But within an hour my stomach starts to feel strange, and it just got worse as the night went on. Cut to the next day and I'm completely nauseous with no appetite, and dealing with the urge to purge all day, with nothing ever coming out despite the unshakable feeling that it could any moment.So I'm leaving a 1-star review for this location, and warning people away from a location with uncaring service and potentially contaminated food.

I'm not sure the name of the two girls working the line tonight (11-27) but every single time I go to this location and they're working, my food and service is immaculate. They both smile and have such polite manners, but more importantly my order comes out perfectly everytime they are involved. Especially with the portions, it's always the perfect amount and everything spread out evenly. Can't say enough good things about either of them.

My only complaint is the customers in front of me. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT BEFIRE YOU ORDER WHEN IT'S BUSY. That's just common courtesy!
It's been quite a while since I've been to Qdoba. For whatever reason I started eating at chipotle. I went back today and now I remember why I switched. Qdoba is very skimpy on their ingredients. Rice is just a filler and they barely give you any of it. I had to ask for extra lettuce because she was trying to pick up two or three pieces! I I know that I won't be going back to Qdoba when chipotle is right down the street. I got a bowl today and even with everything in it the bowl looks about 3/4 full.

This was how I received my burrito today. Poor girl had no idea how to wrap a burrito. She folded in half and rolled it long ways like a pair of socks. It was also very wet. I made a comment to the cashier and he shrugged. People behind me all ordered bowls after what they witnessed. I had to unroll it and use a fork to eat it it just didn't taste good. Usually have a good experience there but this really turned me off so I'll be going down the road for my burritos.

The second I walked in, I knew I wasn’t wanted. This location has a very serious problem among its staff. Case in point: seeing the female burrito-maker look up, roll her eyes and sigh (on Aug 28) when I walked in. “Another person?” her face conveyed, but I love the food, so I shrugged it off. I mean, food service can be rough - but when she snipped at her uber-friendly cashier, then dramatically flung shredded cheese onto my food just because I mentioned it, then you have to say something. Where was the hidden camera? This is the second time in as many weeks I’ve felt like I was inconveniencing someone just by being there. Time to stop?
We ordered Qdoba delivered for a work lunch to celebrate an anniversary, there were a few things not correct. When we called, the manager, Rachel was very pleasant and apologetic, she said she would make it right the next time we were in, but we would have to come in. We usually don't leave the building for lunch because there is only a few of us and it's not easy to cover. We picked up Qdoba today and cudos to Rachel and her team. The gentleman running the first part of the order taking (wish I knew his name to give him credit) was so helpful with everyone and was fast and efficient so it didn't take long to get through the line. Rachel was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell they have a great team environment, we will definitely be back
