I had a taste for Taco Bell today and stopped at 116400 !!! I couldn't think of the name of the taco that have the tortilla on the out side and crunchy taco shell on the inside there is only three that is on the menu the "Double Stacked" "Cheesy Gordita Crunch" Doritos Cheesy Crunch" !!! I explained to the young lady that I want the Taco with soft tortilla and hard shell on in side. She looked at me and was lost and had no clue about the menu. Then handed me my bag. Once I checked the bag it was three burritos no tacos period!!!! The worst part is when I went in to get my correct meal . I told the manager As I was showing the burritos she says as she's throwing the burritos in the trash I can give you a refund in a manner as if I was bothering her!!!! I paid with card so I must wait for three day to get money back what if this was all the money I had left!!!!!!!!!! I would be starving. Not once asking how can I make this right or can I give you something else let along ask what was my original order. It's very upsetting these days with customer service. It seems they have a manager that should be a worker and work that should be mopping floors. I was very upset because I have to wait on my refund when they are the ones that made the mistake!!! So I went to this taco bell and walked right in the lobby cause the doors are open so any sane man would believe the lobby is still open.There was a table of kids (teenagers) that started laughing and looking at Me. I guess they were off the clock employees that thought it was Soo funny that someone walked in when the lobby was closed even though there was no indication that it was closed. Btw I should mention that they werent laughing normally. It sounded like they were having a stroke and that kind of behavior looks bad on your business.It took an employee 5 minutes to let me know that the lobby was closed even though I was almost done with my orderNEXT TIME CLOSE YOUR DOORS WHEN YOUR LOBBY CLOSES BEFORE SOMEONE GETS BEAT NEXT TIME!!!actually scratch that. I ain't coming back at all. The Troy IL location is way better and more professional!

I don't know why, but sometimes I just crave seven-layer burritos. This place doesn't have it anymore but they do well to accommodate orders. One location replicated a seven layer, by taking a five layer and adding ingredients. Another location offered something else to replace the hunger. This location was kind and friendly. I hope to go back and see them if I have the chance (even if just to say thank you and order some more tasty food).

Ordered 50 tacos early in the day for 5:00 PM and they made them too early and threw them out. Then proceeded to act like it was the customers fault.Additionally on another recent visit. A line was backed up toward the door because no one was working mid day. Staff obviously doesn’t care, and management was nowhere to be found when a potential employee was also waiting for an interview the same day.

Lousy Management and staff!! You stand there and they don't even acknowledge you are there! You beg for attention and they all give you dirty looks out of the corner of their eyes! All stay in back and nobody at front counter! Nobody is friendly.. they act like they are sorry you showed up! I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ?♂️
Its Taco Bell. Ohhhhh be prepared to spend $30 for taco bell. The prices have sky rocketed over the last 3 years or so. But its taco bell. Service is fast, though the drive thru line in wrapped around the building, its deceiving, the line reduces quickly. Good food.

I never thought I'd be leaving a review for Taco Bell. But when you suck at your job this bad, I have to say something. I watched 7 people get their order before me. I've been sitting in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. They just glossed right over my order. In that time I watched 3 people come in from the drive thru because they messed up their orders. When I finally asked where my order was, they had to page back to find it. They weren't any busier than normal, so there isn't any excuse for this.

I would have given more stars ?, I'm limited to what I can eat there being gluten free, but that's OK, most of what we get is good, it does depends on who's fixing it, sometimes are better than others. Sorry ?
